The active ingredient is 4% lidocaine HCl monohydrate. The inactive ingredients include water, aloe barbadensis (aloe), glycerin, propylene glycol and benzalkonium chloride.

There is no difference in the formulation between Ear Pain MD and Ear Pain MD for Kids. The reasoning for having 2 different packages is to make it easier on the consumer to find on retail shelves.
